Your Role An opportunity has arisen for a Site Services Supervisor at the Avonmouth site. The main purpose of this role to oversee the operations of the Site Services Team, agency staff and contractors. Support role for all departments to achieve a high standard of cleaning and hygiene on site. Focus of the planning of the sites IPM (Integrated Pest Management system) system and ongoing improvements to the including the implementation of SOPs, SSOWs, RAs for all tasks and training of Team. Be the main resource for Internal Procedural and other internal auditing. Drive the operation to ensure that the Hygiene, Housekeeping and Pest Control systems are challenged to ensure that the set standards are exceeded. Your Responsibilities Implementation and ongoing improvements of SOPs, SSOWs, RAs for all tasks and training of Team in the sites IPM (Integrated Pest Management system). Work with the Compliance Manager undertaking Internal Auditing. Ensuring work is conducted to the required standard. Operative training and validation of work standards needs to be coordinated to achieve this. Train, and develop Site Services team members to enable them to work safely and efficiently, enabling progression where possible. Keep records as required to adhere to the company and third-party standards. Assist with the Supervision of contractors and third parties. The appropriate “Authority to Work, Permit requirements and Engagement levels are maintained when on-site. Work as part of the wider management team to influence other team members on challenging food safety standards for improvements within the HACCP system / team. Flexible approach to working, making changes required for improved hygiene standards within the site environmental monitoring or external influences. Manage the budgetary requirements for the department, optimising the level of required resources needed. Management of the Site Services team (with Production Manager), reviewing team development, undertaking meetings, reviews and investigations as required. Your Profile HACCP Level 2 (Min), and active team member Good general standard of secondary education Familiarity with major IT software systems. Basic Food Hygiene Qualification (RIPH) RSPH Level 1 award in Pest Management Supervisory/Team management skills FLT licence Good communication skills.
