Responsibilities

* Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
* Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Manage catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Support barista operations by preparing coffee and other beverages as required.
Skills
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
* Experience in catering services is an advantage, showcasing your ability to manage events effectively.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques will be beneficial in supporting kitchen operations.
* Barista experience is a plus, allowing you to contribute to our beverage service.
