Role Overview:
This role is ideal for psychology graduates interested in working with neurodiverse students, including those with autism, Down's syndrome, speech and language challenges, and social-emotional needs. The position involves supporting students' educational and personal development, helping them access further education or training.
Key Features:
* Small class sizes (6-8 students) with a focus on effective communication techniques
* Use of specialist communication methods such as Makaton and PECS
