Job Description
* Maintain an ITIL compliant Service Desk
* Ensuring a high level of customer service for all Service Desk related issues making sure all customers have the best ICT support
* Coaching and supporting Team members
* Assisting in Financial management and budgets relating to your specific area
* Keeping up to date with all technology development specifically within Service Desk and Cyber security
* Focusing on continuous improvement and development within area of Service Delivery
* Liaising with multiple vendors
The Successful Applicant
* Demonstrated experience managing cyber security operations
* Proven experience in ICT Service Delivery
* Extensive expertise with Microsoft technologies and ecosystem
* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop team
* Demonstrated experience in financial management
* Strong communication skills
* Team leadership experience
