Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
To support advisers in submitting business to Vitality, and to grow our footprint by switching on non supporters.
Grow the Vitality adviser support network through Relationship Management.
Key Actions
4. Proactive outbound telephone contact
5. Maintaining and Developing a panel of advisers to promote and use Vitality by proactively calling advisers who are registered with Vitality, doing deep dive fact finds to establish their protection background, understanding their process and approach to a protection recommendation, understanding their knowledge of Vitality, any barriers to selling protection/ Vitality and then booking in training tailored to their individual needs at adviser level and/ or Firm Level
6. To coach advisers in all of our USP's to win profitable business and increase our market share
7. Responsible for all Adviser daily support and pipeline management
8. Consultative approach to Relationship Manage your supporters and work in partnership with advisers to support their business
9. Training via webinar/ TEAMS on all aspects of the Vitality Product Range
10. Grow our footprint by switching on current non supporters
11. Developing relationships to engage the IFA market- purely telephone based role- no face to face engagement, so high skill set necessary in presentation skills, rapport building, mirroring and other sales techniques
12. Keep accurate records on our CRM
13. Collaborative working with our National Account Managers, Product Specialists and Learning & Developments Partners
14. Answering inbound queries from product to policies
15. Post event follow up to further drive engagement
16. Role model for Vitality Values at all times
17. RO5 to be passed within 12 months of the role
18. To adhere to Vitality's T&C requirements
19. Identify Health leads and pass these to the Health Business Consultant via our CRM
20. Stay up to date on market intelligence and industry news both internally and with our competitors and share findings with the team

21. Multi tasker- need to be able to deal with many advisers queries at the same time, without loss of focus
22. Need to be highly skilled in Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service and Training
