Description Travel Passenger Team Leader Permanent Grade C - £35,412 – £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Passenger Team Leader to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a group of passenger service, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Management of Travel Passenger Assistant Officers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless travel service. Prepare reports and assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the travel or transport sector. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in handling customer service challenges.
