Our Cheltenham based client is looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team. This role will involve turning and milling aerospace components. The role; * Adhering to technical drawings/instructions/processes * Ensuring production targets are met * Setting and Operating CNC Machines (3/4/5 axis; Fanuc controls) * Working to drawings and tight tolerances Requirements; * Read and interpret engineering drawings and documents * Follow production, safety and quality procedures * Must have experience in operating CNC Lathe & milling machines (3/4 /5 axis) * A reliable, motivated individual looking for a permanent long term role. * Good communication * Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative * Understanding that as part of training and/or to meet business needs of the company, there may be a requirement to transfer to other divisions.
