Working within one of our services is always busy, sometimes challenging, but always rewarding. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. We work collaboratively to provide the best support and treatment to anyone who needs it, so why don't you apply to be part of something great!

Please note: This role may close earlier than 27th January 2026 if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Please use the linked job description to support your application.

As a Team Leader, we offer a starting salary of £30,000 per annum. The salary for this role is on an incremental scale and will rise each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £36,000 per annum. The Women's service has been designed to work specifically with women living across the county who have diverse and complex needs to engage in treatment around their substance use, healthy relationships, and mental and emotional health. This will be a trauma-informed service using an outreach model to ensure the flexibility needed to keep women engaged in treatment. There will be an emphasis on multi-agency working and networking to develop and provide sustainable pathways, supporting women to meet their goals.

You will be working as part of a successful management team on the contract we have been delivering since 2013.

The successful applicant will have a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to providing meaningful services to those who present to our service and achieving this by supporting the existing dedicated team of Women's Recovery Workers.

Areas of work include:

* Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service.

This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing, so it’s important that you are highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.

You and your team will be responsible for delivering against targets, always ensuring the service is complying with all of the necessary requirements that arise from working in a social care setting. There'll be data analysis and administration tasks to deal with too, but that's all part of this busy and varied job that you take in your stride. You will have:

* ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent or a commitment to complete within 18-months

* Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing high risk situations
* Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
* Be results driven and possess analytical skills
