The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, directly influencing your earnings. You will grow your estate agency business in your area, handling prospecting, valuations, and negotiations with support from Nested’s marketing and operational teams. You’ll manage client relationships from start to finish, supported by our app and in-house team. The role offers a competitive commission structure starting at 75% and increasing to 100%, rewarding your effort and skill.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top estate agency experience in residential valuation, business development, and sales.
* Strong understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation strategies.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and passion for real estate.
* Deep knowledge of Leamington Spa’s local area, amenities, and schools.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-focused approach.
* Social media skills are a plus; enthusiasm for personal branding and community engagement is expected.
