Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and effective English and Maths tuition to Key Stage 3 students
* Develop individualised learning plans to support students' academic progress
* Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives
* Monitor and assess student performance to adjust teaching strategies as needed
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant degree in Education or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
Education:
Minimum of a degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Proven experience in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the Key Stage 3 curriculum for English and Maths
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for education and helping students achieve their potential
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in providing outreach or remote tuition
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, with flexibility required based on student needs
* Work primarily in learners homes, local libraries or schools
* Potential travel within the East of England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
