College Health Ltd is a leading Primary Care provider operating a network of GP Surgeries across Essex and Kent. We are known for providing high quality Primary Care service in Grays.
The role of Receptionist / Administrator involves being the first port of call for our patients, dealing with queries as part of our professional and resilient frontline reception team, answering patient calls, booking appointments and carrying out daily administrative tasks.
This role will be based at our Tilbury Health Centre & Commonwealth Health Centre.
You will require:
· Ability to communicate professionally and in friendly person centred way.
· Good listening skills, compassion and empathy.
· Willing to connect with people and arrange their care however complex.
· Ability to respond sensitively to people from different backgrounds, cultures and in challenging situations,
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Our role will require an enhanced DBS check for which the cost will be met by the Practice.
Must Have:
Previous experience of working within a GP surgery, including some knowledge of System One, clinical appointment and records system will be an advantage although not essential.

Due to the nature of our business, successful applicants will need to provide a complete immunisation history which is conditional to any offer of employment.
