We offer a broad array of scanning system configurations that leverage low-, medium-, and high-energy X-ray technology—or multiple X-ray technologies—to address each customer’s unique security application requirements. Our commitment to excellence in imaging performance, innovative design, and uncompromising quality ensures our solutions consistently deliver best-in-class imaging, high reliability, and operator satisfaction, to help customers find threats and contraband with ease and confidence.

Responsibilities

1. Lead project accounting activities, including the estimates-to-complete (ETC) process.

3. Communicate financial insights and business impacts to Finance and Management teams.
4. Develop budgets and establish baselines for new revenue or R&D programs in line with company policies.
5. Support monthly forecasting by preparing accurate program-level sales and gross margin projections.
6. Analyze monthly financials with emphasis on gross margin accuracy.
7. Respond to customer inquiries with relevant financial data, including actuals and expenditure profiles.
8. Assist with month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial entries via the Projects module.
9. Collaborate across functions to achieve team objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
10. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
11. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
12. It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
13. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

14. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex data clearly.
16. Flexible and proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks.
17. Self-motivated problem solver with minimal supervision required.
18. Skilled in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
19. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
20. Proficient in financial systems and tools, including Microsoft Dynamics (D), Excel, and PowerPoint. D experience is essential.
21. Background in Finance or Accounting preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
22. Several years of experience in program finance/accounting, particularly in ETC and EAC preparation.
23. Deep understanding of financial costing, pricing, reporting, and invoicing; knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
