This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior Employment specialist to make their mark in a newly launched office, shaping the direction of a growing team and capitalising on the firm's existing national strength and reputation. With over 700 legal professionals across multiple UK offices, the firm offers full-service capabilities and sector-leading expertise in areas such as real estate, corporate, litigation, and private client. The Employment team-already one of the largest in the country-comprises 30 lawyers including nine partners. They act for a broad spectrum of public and private sector clients, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters including TUPE, redundancy, tribunal litigation, discrimination, and corporate support. A strong platform also exists in workplace investigations, HR consultancy, employee incentives and professional discipline.
