Sales Manager Role
As a member of the EMEA Sales team for HPC and AI, the Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business relationships with prospects and resellers within the whole region.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and qualifying prospective customers in the region
* Working directly with prospects and through resellers to generate new business
* Managing meetings with end-users and resellers independently
* Collaborating with Sales Director, Solution Architect, and GTM teams
* Ensuring reseller/partner engagement and revenue targets
* Supporting resellers in closing opportunities with marketing and product information
* Conducting cold calls, seeking project opportunities, responding to RFPs
* Running lead generation campaigns
* Presenting DataCore products and value propositions to prospects/end-users
* Representing DataCore at local events, trade shows, and forums
* Meeting sales quotas and KPIs, providing revenue forecasts, and quarterly evaluations
* Travel within the region (~25%)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 2-5 years of field sales experience in HPC and AI
* Understanding of HPC and AI technologies, cloud, and SaaS models
* Experience presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards technology
* Self-sufficient, strategic thinker, and goal-oriented
