In the position of a Territory Sales Consultant at Sherwin-Williams, you will be responsible for growing top-line sales at the Isle of Man B&Q store through implementing sales/marketing programs, training activities, and merchandising responsibilities. This is a part-time role with flexible hours during the week, including some weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Merchandising
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising
* Ability to work independently
* P&L / Budget Management experience

As a Territory Sales Consultant, your main tasks will include:
* Establishing strong relationships with store associates, management, and other contacts
* Conducting product knowledge training sessions for the B&Q store team, including features, benefits, selling skills, and product demos
* Promoting and representing the brand and product strengths to the store team and consumers
* Identifying opportunities for service and upselling, maximizing resources at the store level with solutions
* Maintaining store signage, merchandising displays, colour chips, and colour card stock
* Using the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits
* Organizing events to promote products and increase sales
* Ensuring successful execution of in-store activations and business activities
