Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate 2-3 electrical supervisors and associated personnel.
2. Ensure availability of drawings and materials to enable efficient execution.
3. Supervise and liaise with contractors, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
4. Monitor work progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
5. Oversee production performance, efficiency, and productivity.
6. Support resolution of technical issues during execution.
7. Maintain accurate work quantities, man-hours, and cost tracking.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in high-voltage environments.
What We're Looking For
9. 15-20 years' experience in high-voltage electrical activities on construction sites or similar environments.
10. Strong technical expertise in HV systems, electrical vendors, and suppliers.
11. Relevant certifications including SAP up to 11KVA and competency card.
