Title: Receptionist/Administrator Type: Temporary (2-3 months) Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5pm Location: Inverness Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour approx Details: Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time role requiring an immediate start and duties include: Scheduling diary appointments for staff. Dealing with enquiries from clients, taking messages and passing on calls. Updating and maintaining accurate client records in line with data regulations. Updating spreadsheets and databases. Day to day reception duties, answering calls from main switchboard. Issuing and retrieving visitor passes and updating the visitor log. Setting up meeting rooms and arranging catering etc. Ordering supplies and stationery. Dealing with contractors visiting the office. Ad hoc administrative duties in support of the team. Person Specification Previous administration experience. Ability to prioritise and manage a busy and varied workload. Strong customer service skills in person and by telephone. Proficient IT skills with ability to use various computer packages including Excel and Word.
