Rullion is hiring an Account Manager to join our specialist team covering Utilities, Energy, Transport, and Technology. We partner with household names to build and maintain the national critical infrastructure that keeps the country running.

The Role & Impact
You will manage a portfolio of longstanding accounts, working within established ATS and competitive PSL frameworks. This is a role for a builder—someone who can deliver excellence on existing business while identifying \"land and expand\" opportunities to grow our footprint across both agile SMEs and complex, enterprise-level organizations.
* Portfolio Management: You’ll be the face of Rullion for multiple major and developing clients, ensuring we are the first-choice partner across their Energy and Infrastructure projects.
* Land & Expand: You aren't just maintaining the status quo. You’ll use your delivery success as a springboard to identify new stakeholders and service lines within your accounts.
* Consultative Delivery: You’ll navigate complex ATS workflows and PSL requirements, ensuring our delivery is seamless, compliant, and consistently ahead of the competition.
* Flexible Autonomy: We prioritize the quality of your partnerships and the impact of your results. You have the flexibility to work in the way that is most effective for you and your clients, supported by our network of national hubs.
Who You Are
We care far less about the minutiae of your CV and far more about your ability to consult, influence, and navigate both SMEs and enterprise-scale organizations.
* Sector Savvy: You likely have experience in high-compliance or regulated engineering environments (Utilities, Energy, or Transport) and understand the gravity of critical infrastructure.
* The \"Hunter-Farmer\" Hybrid: You enjoy the security of longstanding accounts but have the commercial drive to spot growth opportunities where others see a \"filled\" PSL.
* Strategic Navigation: You are comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels, from technical leads in SMEs to procurement heads in global enterprise firms.
