Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD – Adult)
Physiotherapist
Occupational Therapist

Valid NMC or HCPC registration (without restrictions)
Strong clinical reasoning and excellent written communication skills
Confident IT abilities and good time management
Ability to travel to the Ashford site for in-person assessments
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) The Role – What You’ll Do As a Adult Health & Disability Clinician, you will use your clinical expertise to evaluate how a person’s health condition affects their daily living. This involves a balanced mix of telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments, with approximately 70% of work completed from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured, adult-only functional assessments
Review clinical evidence and produce clear, evidence-based reports
Work independently with full clinical support available whenever needed
Gain full diary control and increased flexibility after six months This is a non-treatment role. Instead, it offers a calm, organised working environment where your clinical judgment and assessment skills make a genuine difference—without the intensity of shift work or acute care pressures.
