Finance Manager – London – £60,000-£70,000 Ideal for Big 4 / Top 10 First or Second Movers - PE-Backed Growth Business - Erith or West Drayton with HybridI’m exclusively partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed group to appoint a Finance Manager—an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified ACA / ACCA looking to make (or build on) their move into industry.If you’re currently in practice and want more commercial exposure, real ownership, and faster progression, this role offers exactly that.Why This Role is DifferentThis isn’t a “sit in the background” industry role.You’ll step straight into a high-visibility position, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in a business scaling rapidly towards £100m+ revenue.For a first mover, it’s a chance to accelerate your transition into industry with hands-on exposure. The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the London region’s financials while supporting group-level reporting and strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:
* Monthly financial reporting and analysis for the London region
* Supporting the production of group accounts, including variance analysis and board-level commentary
* Preparing board packs and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
* Partnering with operational teams on budgeting and forecasting
* Supporting acquisitions, including onboarding and integration
* Driving improvements in processes, controls, and reporting
* Contributing to business cases and strategic decision-making
About You
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or newly qualified)
* Background in Big 4 / Top 10 audit or advisory, or relevant industry experience for second movers
* Strong technical grounding with a desire to move into a more commercial, forward-looking role
* Ambitious, proactive, and keen to take ownership early in your industry career
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Strong Excel skills; exposure to systems like Power BI or ERP platforms is a bonus
