Cleaner – Salary: £26,308 per year – Hours: 40 per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm – Location: Field based, across North Wales – Contract: Permanent – Employment type: Full‑time – Seniority level: Entry level
About The Role
We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to join our Planned Works team. You will provide window and communal cleaning services across residential and commercial schemes, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety for residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean windows using extension poles and water‑fed systems
* Carry out general cleaning in communal, commercial, and residential properties
* Keep outdoor communal areas clean and safe, removing waste and weeds
* Manage and order cleaning supplies, keeping your van tidy and stocked
* Follow and update electronic schedules
* Work safely and comply with health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
* Valid UK driving licence
* Ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality cleaning
* Awareness of health and safety, including COSHH
* Reliability, teamwork, and customer focus
* Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
