Transport Team - Warehouse Operative (Night Shifts)
The Taunton depot is part of the logistics division. The above vacancy has arisen within our Transport team.
Working as part of the transport team to achieve divisional targets, you will provide a first-class, on-time, and friendly delivery service to all customers and suppliers. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Manager, your responsibilities will include unloading trunk vehicles and loading radial vehicles for delivery, ensuring all stock is bulked up and shrink-wrapped.
You will be aware of and follow all Health & Safety procedures, responsible for your own and others' safety. You will comply with all relevant legislation in food safety and chill chain standards. You may be asked to perform other reasonable tasks as directed by the Warehouse Team Manager. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
Shift details: 4 x 12-hour fixed shifts (TBC)
Salary: £33,000 per annum (including allowances)
