Key Responsibilities: Managing the team: Lead and develop the team, enabling them to meet operational objectives whilst complying with and enforcing company guidelines for safety and quality. Managing production activities: Plan, direct and control production activities, ensuring fulfilment of operational objectives by maximising On Time Start (OTS) and On Time Finish (OTF). Developing preventative activities: Enforce preventive measures to minimise occupational and environmental risks. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team, ensuring clarity of operational objectives and expectations.
