In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our organization, providing robust financial leadership and support to our Business Lead, staff, and overall operations. The primary responsibilities involve ensuring accurate and integral financial reporting, facilitating effective communication, and coordinating business results. The Operations Finance Manager will oversee various financial aspects, contribute to strategic decision-making, and support business executives in the Europe region. Key responsibilities Operational Finance Reporting: Serve as the Finance Manager of Operations, consolidating and providing operational finance reporting. Risk Management: Oversee and review regional customer quotations, utilizing the PHINIA financial modeling tool for effective risk management. Capital and Tooling Oversight: Review capital and tooling appropriation requests, including new business and other operational analyses. Strategic Analysis: Evaluate makes vs. buy decisions, expansion, and other investment business cases through a broad strategic lens. Project Leadership: Lead projects and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the business. What we're looking for Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum of ten years' experience with increasing responsibility. Strong knowledge of US GAAP. Manufacturing accounting experience is required. CPA or CMA (or equivalent) preferred. Master's Degree or MBA preferred. Prior experience with SAP/ERP and/or OneStream. Skills: Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
