Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is seeking part-time Girls’ Academy Coaches to support operations at our facilities in Stoke-on-Trent.
The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing coaching sessions for the Girls’ Academy, covering age groups from under 10s to under 16s.
This role is ideal for individuals committed to developing future players to their full potential.
Main Responsibilities
* Planning coaching sessions within the development programme.
* Delivering coaching sessions effectively.
* Monitoring and analyzing player performance.
* Nurturing players to reach their full potential.
* Communicating clearly with players, parents, and staff.
Key Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Background in football as a player or coach.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Practical coaching experience at grassroots level is desirable.
* Experience in an academy or centre of excellence.
* Knowledge of elite-level requirements.
* Minimum UEFA C coaching qualification.
* Current first aid and FA safeguarding certifications.
The role requires a high level of commitment, including evening and Saturday game coverage. Positions are offered on a part-time basis.
