This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, progressive Reward specialist. As our Reward & MI Analyst, you will support across all aspects of employee reward, benefits and wellbeing and will be integral to our Sage People Portal, as a System Admin super-user.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, ultimately you will help manage the execution of ITN’s total reward offering, in order to optimise attraction, engagement, performance and retention. You will provide day-to-day guidance and insights within the People Team and to the business, whilst also leading on wider reward initiatives and projects to serve our business goals. On our Sage People system, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and producing all aspects of People MI on behalf of the People Team for the business.
This is a role that gives you immediate exposure and opportunity to work across ITN and its’ varied business areas.Key Responsibilities
1. Play a key role in implementing a wide variety of processes and projects, such as annual salary review, ongoing development of ITN’s Career Framework, reward analytics, pay gap reporting, variable pay and bonuses, pension, benefits and employee wellbeing
2. A “hands on” owner of core reward activity, which includes but is not limited to job evaluation and salary benchmarking, salary projections and calculations, survey submissions, monthly benefits enrolments, annual benefits renewal, pensions, and wellbeing processes.
3. Lead on other People projects and business initiatives as required
4. Work closely with a wide range of external 3rd party providers, building strong relationships to ensure they’re delivering great service to ITN
5. Produce People and Reward MI and benchmarking analytics for ITN, for example Departmental Quarterly Performance Review packs and business data dashboards
6. Identify trends and recommendations for action; supporting business decision making and improvement
7. As a Sage System Admin super-user, you will have a key role in maintaining our new Sage People Portal and its processes and data integrity
8. Spot opportunities for improvement and work with 3rd party providers to support the data transfer across our People systems ( new starters, leavers, etc.) and improve systems efficiency
9. Be a key interface between the People Team and Payroll, working to streamline relevant processes, so they operate in a timely and efficient way
10. Work closely with our Diversity & Inclusion Partner to provide analytical support for ITN’s inclusion projects and tracking D&I goals. This is an exciting and important focus of this role, leading on the production of D&I dashboards, pay gap analysis and providing quality data insights

11. You’re a people person with strong numerical and analytical skills – natural data curiosity, accuracy and integrity are essential in this role
12. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret data trends and issues accurately and persuasively, and present both graphically and in writing, is essential
13. A passion for problem-solving and the tenacity to analyse large and complex data sets with an excellent eye for detail
14. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
15. Confidence in collaborating with employees at all levels and external stakeholders
16. Comfortable with communicating technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely
17. Ability to review, maintain and make suggestions to improve people processes and systems, helping to maximise our employee experience
18. A high pace self-starter, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple time sensitive projects and a positive, solution-oriented approach
19. Strong planning and organizational skills
20. Previous reward experience demonstrated through previous roles (ideally in a complex, fast-paced environment)
21. Ideally with previous experience of completing job evaluation, benchmarking and implementation of reward/career frameworks
22. Exposure to working with payroll/HR & benefits systems/understanding of payroll operations would also be advantageous
23. CIPD/reward qualification desirable but not essential
