Job Description
3. Oversee and manage all financial reporting and accounting activities.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
5. Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
6. Coordinate and manage budgeting and forecasting processes across the group.
7. Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.
8. Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
9. Liaise with external auditors and manage year-end audits.
10. Support the leadership team with strategic financial planning and advice.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
11. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
12. Proven experience in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
13. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
14. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
16. Experience in leading and managing finance teams.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
