Your new role
Asmunications and Engagement Executive will support the delivery of our client’smunications and engagement functions, including corporatemunications, media relations, digitalmunications, website, events management, branding, sponsorships and CSR, internalmunications and team support functions.You will be responsible for:
1. Supporting the Seniormunications and Engagement Lead to deliver themunications and Engagement Strategy.
2. Developing and scheduling digital content for our client’s channels.
3. Managing and updating the website.
4. Supporting the planning and delivery of internal and external events and strategic stakeholder engagement.
5. Supporting the delivery of strategic partnerships and CSR events.
6. Supporting the development and delivery of the internalmunications strategy including employee initiatives and newsletters.
7. Creating graphics and other digital content using a range of software packages such as Adobe InDesign, Canva and Hootsuite.
8. Attending external exhibitions and events as an ambassador for thepany as required.
9. Identifying creative opportunities to grow our client’s externalmunications and brand profile.
10. Maintaining key planners and tracking documents such asmunications plans and event trackers.
11. Monitoring and reporting on digital marketing activities.
12. Other support and administration functions supporting other senior members of the team.
13. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested.
What you'll need to succeed
14. A third level qualification in a related discipline (such as digital marketing, public relations, journalism; or 1 year+ experience working in a relevantmunications or marketing role.
15. Demonstrable knowledge of themunications industry and the variousmunications disciplines.
16. Passion and flair formunications and writing.
17. Ability to manage time effectively, organise work and achieve objectives.
18. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
20. Previous digital marketing experience including content creation, monitoring and reporting.
21. Proven ability to writemunicate creatively for targeted audiences.
22. Practical knowledge of digital media monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
