Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years embedded C (ideally C++ with Rust also interesting)
* Excellent academic background with degree from a top university
* Knowledge of real-time and low-level development (RTOS/bare-metal)
* Proactive, collaborative mindset with ownership of projects
