Commutable from Reading, Newbury, Pangbourne, Goring and Didcot – As a Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the processing of customer orders, working closely with both operations and production to guarantee a seamless, first-class experience from farm to fork.

Responsibilities:
1. Review and process customer orders using the ordering and fulfilment systems.
2. Ensure all orders are accurate and ready for timely dispatch.
3. Work closely with drivers to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
4. Develop proficiency in product recognition and ensure orders are correctly packed and prepared.
5. Create a culture of accuracy and compliance across the despatch process.
6. Always adhere to company policies and food manufacturing regulations.
7. Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring that order fulfilment meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
8. Experience with Butchery is very beneficial for this role.
9. Level 3 Qualification in Food Manufacturing or Food & Hygiene.
10. Experience of operating an end-to-end production process for wholesale food.
Pay:
11. £35,000 per annum

12. 8:00pm to 06:00am
13. Night Shift
14. Sunday to Thursday
