Overview
We are looking for an experienced restaurant professional to join Hotel Du Vin as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate has worked within a busy restaurant environment—either as a supervisor or assistant manager—and can deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and maintain brand standards.
We create memorable experiences for our guests and encourage internal development. This role can be a stepping stone toward a Head of Department position within Hotel Du Vin.
Responsibilities
* Deliver shift briefings to large teams.
* Manage the flow of the restaurant to ensure excellent guest experiences.
* Maintain brand standards and manage day‑to‑day operations.
* Support the team in delivering celebrity service and high standards of hospitality.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional food, wine, and cocktail service.
