Job Description
11. Provide efficient guest registration, check-in, and check-out services.
12. Maintain accurate guest accounts and offer helpful, precise information.
13. Handle guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently throughout their stay.
14. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
15. Ensure smooth communication between guests and hotel departments.
16. Handle incoming calls professionally, transferring them as needed.
17. Follow strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
18. Ensure secure handling of room keys, guest data, and credit card transactions.
19. Manage reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
20. Maximize sales opportunities through effective guest interactions.
21. Maintain accurate documentation of guest messages and internal communications.
22. Ensure guest and hotel accounts are correctly updated with all charges.
23. Keep all equipment in good working condition and used appropriately.
24. Assist the Food & Beverage department when needed.
25. Follow fire and evacuation protocols.
26. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
27. Address guest concerns effectively and escalate issues to the Manager on Duty when necessary.
28. Continuously strive for total customer satisfaction through proactive service.
