Job Description:
* Supporting pupils withcomplex needs, includingphysical disabilities,medical conditions, andsensory impairments
* Assisting withpersonal care,feeding, andmobility, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
* Deliveringindividualised learning activitiesunder the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
* UsingPECS,Makaton,sensory stories, andassistive technologyto enhance communication and engagement
* Working closely withtherapists,nurses, andfamiliesto provide consistent, wraparound support
* Promoting asafe,stimulating, andinclusive environmentwhere every child can thrive
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people withPMLD,SLD, orcomplex needs (desirable but essential)
* Be patient, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine passion forinclusive education
* Demonstrate excellentcommunication skillsand ateam-player attitude
* Be confident supportingpersonal careandmedical routines(training provided)
* Embrace agrowth mindsetand value ongoingCPD
* Be committed tosafeguarding,dignity, andstudent-centred support
