8. Qualified Teacher Status – Secondary or Post 16 education
9. Minimum 2:2 UK Science or Sports Science based degree
10. Good or better prior teaching observations
11. Strong academic background
12. Excellent classroom & behaviour management skillset
13. Ability to build rapport with young people
