Job Title: Key Account Manager / Surveyor
Location: Essex, CM5
Salary: £40,000 basic + Commission (OTE £70,000+)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Reporting to: Operations Director

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking national business operating within the drainage and plumbing industry. As an Account Manager / Surveyor, youll be the face of the companybuilding strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing projects from initial survey through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial customers
3. Conduct site surveys and client meetings
4. Prepare and submit quotations and technical reports
5. Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients
6. Seek out and develop new business leads
