Banking Associate (3–6 PQE)
An established international law firm is seeking a Banking Associate to join its growing finance team in Birmingham. This role offers exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, acting on both regional and national transactions.
The successful candidate will work on high-quality, complex matters for a diverse client base and will be given early responsibility alongside experienced partners.
The team advises a wide spectrum of lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border finance transactions. Clients include major UK banks, international financial institutions, alternative lenders, investment funds and corporate borrowers of varying sizes. Matters range from acquisition and leveraged finance through to real estate-backed lending and general corporate facilities.
The firm is recognised for its collaborative approach, strong market knowledge and commercially focused advice. Teams work closely across offices, ensuring consistency of service and access to deep sector expertise.
