Real Estate Development Solicitor, Southampton

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a very busy Real Estate transactions team.
Ideally you'll have trained and gained experience in a comparable city or large regional firm and have upwards of 3 years PQE.
With a proven track record in this area of law you will have excellent technical knowledge, communication, organisational and IT skills and be motivated by complex work.
You will be skilled in drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate development documents.
Typical matters may relate to the planning and construction of retail, leisure and homebuilding sectors.
Dealing with developers, investors, asset managers and others you'd tailor your service accordingly, drafting, negotiating and advising on all aspects of the process.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
