Key Responsibilities
* Manage and service a varied portfolio of clients
* Review statutory accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax returns
* Provide tax planning advice and tailored business solutions
* Act as the main point of contact for client queries
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Review client records and ensure compliance
* Support, mentor, and supervise junior staff
* Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice
* AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA qualified (or nearing completion)
* Strong knowledge of UK tax and compliance
* Experience managing client portfolios
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach
* Able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
