Customer Success Manager (Maternity cover)

Location: Remote (within the UK), with occasional travel for meetings or events

Type: Full-time | Maternity cover

Salary: £32,000-£40,000 based on experience + bonus

What you’ll be doing

We’re hiring two maternity cover roles at Lumar:

* Customer Success Manager
* Customer Success Manager (focus on Agencies – with high touch CS accounts)

Both roles are 10 month fixed-term contracts, starting in November to allow for onboarding and handover.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. You will play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting our clients’ growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that Lumar clients understand and receive the absolute most value out of the Lumar platform, driving engagement and adoption
* Lead a structured onboarding programme, including training and providing relevant support
* Coordinate with Professional Services team to ensure timely completion of key deliverables
* Negotiate renewals and secure retention of your portfolio of clients
* Oversee the day-to-day account administration of clients
* Maintain accurate client records in Hubspot and other systems
* Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback and insight from clients
* Build brand loyalty by being personable, proactive and supporting in all client interactions
* Represent Lumar at various industry events

Key Criteria

* A self-starter who has the ability to deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* An excellent communicator who can quickly build strong relationships with clients
* Great written and oral presentation skills in English (similar to native level)
* A strong potential to learn a technical product inside out
* A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
* A genuine interest in the technology space
* A naturally curious mind with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends and developments within the SEO and digital marketing industry
* Experience in a Customer Success/Support role or similar
* Experience with CRM software is a benefit
