As the Science Teacher, you will lead, manage, and be accountable for delivering and developing the science curriculum across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4, striving to achieve the highest standards of pupil progress and attainment. You will ensure that each student reaches their optimum level across all science disciplines by implementing effective strategies to enhance student achievement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a comprehensive science curriculum.
Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that supports learners with SEND needs.
Deliver engaging lessons, including accredited courses up to GCSE and BTEC.
Develop and revise schemes of work and syllabuses.
Monitor student progress and set achievement targets.
Provide quality feedback to students.
Maintain high standards of behaviour for learning.
