* Manage a varied caseload of rural real estate transactions, estate management, tenancies and other matters, working closely with the Private Client team as appropriate
* Play an active role in business development and strategy
* Supervise and mentor junior team members
You
* 8+ years PQE with strong experience in agricultural property / real estate law
* Ambitious and driven with excellent attention to detail
* Strong commercial acumen
