In this role, you will provide expert advice across the full spectrum of UK immigration and nationality law, from personal applications to business and talent mobility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ PQE, demonstrate strong experience in handling visa and nationality applications, possess excellent communication and drafting skills, and show a clear commitment to delivering outstanding client service. Expertise in areas such as Appendix FM, Global Talent Visas, Innovator Founder Visas, and complex nationality matters is highly desirable.
