We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on B2C Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client’s social presence across both paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across paid and organic channels
* Plan, create, and oversee engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our client’s audience
* Manage and optimise paid social campaigns to drive growth, conversions, and ROI
* Analyse performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data
* Work closely with the wider marketing and ecommerce teams to align campaigns and messaging
* Build and nurture an active, engaged community across platforms
* Foster relationships with customers, brand advocates, and ambassadors
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media (paid and organic) for B2C brands
* A natural storyteller adept in creating engaging, authentic content
* Experience managing paid social campaigns
* Strong understanding of social analytics and performance optimisation
* Experience building and engaging online communities
* Confidence in collaborating with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
