Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Seniority: Mid–Senior Level Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 base bonus comprehensive benefits Location: Preferably Crawley (open to candidates across the UK) Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, integration, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. This role sits at the intersection of HR process expertise and technical delivery, working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality HCM solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role across implementation, enhancement, and support activities, ensuring Oracle Fusion HCM aligns with business and people strategy. Key Responsibilities Act as a techno-functional SME across Oracle Fusion HCM modules Lead requirements gathering and translate HR business needs into functional and technical solutions Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as: Core HR Absence Management Talent Management Recruitment Payroll (desirable) Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI Support data migration, system upgrades, and patching activities Provide functional specifications and support technical development where required Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide 2nd/3rd line support Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process alignment Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice adoption within Oracle Fusion HCM Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR essential) Hands-on experience with: HCM Extracts HDL / Spreadsheet Loader BI Publisher & OTBI reporting Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures Experience working in hybrid delivery environments (on-site & remote) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams Desirable Oracle Fusion Payroll experience Oracle HCM Cloud certifications Experience in large-scale or multi-country HCM implementations Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies What’s on Offer Competitive base salary (£60K–£75K) Performance-related bonus Attractive benefits package Hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site) Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion HCM programmes If you are interested please email your CV to megan.seymour@stottandmay.com for immediate consideration.
