Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a dynamic local authority, based in Bournemouth, which is in need of an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their team. If you like to find out more, then please read on!
Role: Childcare Lawyer
Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid. Would need to attend office/court as required (approx. 4 x per month)
Rate: £50-£55ph Umbrella (depending on experience)
Contract Length: 12 months
The Role of a Childcare Lawyer:
1. Manage your own Childcare Law caseloads from start to completion whilst assisting others when required
2. Deliver some advocacy on less complex Childcare Law caseloads
3. Offer help and support to team members and others, including training where appropriate
The Person:
4. Someone with 1+ years of PQE in Childcare Law and ideally someone who has worked for a Local Authority on Childcare Law matters
5. Someone is able to manage their own caseload from start to completion
6. Someone which excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable with advocacy
