This role is ideal for an experienced early Room Leader who enjoys leading a team, creating inspiring learning environments, and delivering exceptional care and education. We're looking for someone who holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification and has previous experience working within a nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader role. The successful candidate will be confident supporting colleagues, have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, and be committed to providing outstanding learning experiences that help children thrive.
