We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a full time temp – perm basis. This role will see you working as part of a small team and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to their clients.
Dutiesinclude:
* Support a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Answering customer and client enquiries via telephone and email
* Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
* Keeping record of customer interactions
* Processing customer orders and returns
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
