We are looking for a confident support worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 42 hours a week a mixture of days and nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Kewstoke.
Job responsibilities

Support and provide care to service users in an emergency admissions service and a pathway for women from low secure to rehabilitation, including a specialist service for personality disorder. Work 12‑hour shifts across days and nights in a quiet, therapeutic environment overlooking the Bristol Channel.
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
* Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
* Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
* Assist with medical and welfare needs.
* Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
* Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
