About Us
Supreme Facilities Ltd, in partnership with a national organisation, is seeking dynamic and
adaptable Security Operations Area Managers to oversee security operations and support
services for vulnerable individuals and families under a Central Government contract.
As an SIA Approved contractor, we specialise in security solutions, facilities management,
catering, and property management across the UK.
About the Role
As a Security Operations Area Manager, you will provide direct support and managerial oversight
to multiple accommodation sites (hotels) designated for displaced individuals. This full-time
role offers opportunities for professional development within our expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Security & Service User (SU) Support
• Manage security operations across multiple locations
• Perform weekly site visits and welfare checks
• Arrange transport and relocations as needed
• Maintain health and safety standards
Property Management
• Oversee new properties and ensure compliance with security guidelines
• Ensure proper maintenance and repairs
• Make relocation recommendations for SUs
Collaboration & Team Support
• Work closely with colleagues, line managers, and stakeholders
• Support and mentor team members
• Provide availability during emergencies
Operational Responsiveness
• Stay updated with security protocols, communications, and management data
• Maintain accurate records and certification documentation
• Liaise with local support agencies and stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate enrichment activities for SUs
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong literacy and communication skills

• Strong IT skills (MS Office proficiency)

• Excellent time management & attention to detail
• Proven leadership abilities
