Contribute to whole-school improvement through subject leadership (if desired)
The ideal Upper KS2 Teacher will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2
Show strong curriculum knowledge, especially in core subjects
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and pastoral care
Be open to taking on a subject leadership role and driving curriculum excellence
